The tractor is started at a standstill and is used to carry water from one place to another behind the tractor. Install the pump at the PTO shaft level.

Do not operate the pump without water. Otherwise the mechanical seal (water seal) will fail. Open the water filler plug and the vent plug.

Drain the air in the pipe by filling water through the water filler plug at the outlet of the pump. Tighten the filling plug and the breather plug.

Your pump is running.

Any rotating part operating the pump should be avoided. It should be remembered that wide trousers, clothes with hanging arms and skirts may pose a danger to life by winding around rotating shafts.

Apply 300 rpm to the tractor drive shaft. This speed will rotate the shaft of the pump at 2700 revolutions, which is the desired speed. Otherwise, more speed will damage the gear and break.

The pump is filled with 1/2 liter Gear oil Mobil Gear Box X 100 parallel to the ground. Do not refill.

After the pump has been put into operation for the first time, the oil is changed after 250 hours of operation.

Subsequent oil changes should be carried out in 1000 hours.
